Adam Ventura, MS, BCBA, is a pioneering leader in the integration of artificial intelligence and behavior science. As the Founder and CEO of Intraverbal AI, Adam's current focus is on leveraging AI to transform the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA), making data-driven insights and innovative tools more accessible to behavior analysts. A graduate of Florida International University (FIU) and a long-standing adjunct professor, he combines academic expertise with cutting-edge technology. Adam also co-founded the Miami Association for Behavior Analysis, fostering leadership and growth in the ABA community. His entrepreneurial pursuits include serving as Chairman of Bueno Ventures, Inc., where he leads global initiatives aimed at creating sustainable, behavior-focused enterprises. Previously, he founded and scaled World Evolve, Inc., a multi-state ABA service provider, which he successfully exited in 2018. An established author, Adam has contributed extensively to literature on ethical practices and leadership in behavior analysis, now with a sharp focus on AI's transformative role in the field.

Since beginning his career as a BCBA in 2013, Matthew has worked with individuals of all ages, from toddlers to older adults, across diverse settings including center-based treatment, residential homes, schools, and telemedicine. In his role as Center Manager, Matthew served as Executive Director, overseeing both operations and clinical aspects of a large ABA center. Under his leadership, the center expanded rapidly, growing from a small operation to over 100 practitioners and 140+ patients in just three years, offering services in applied behavior analysis, occupational therapy, speech and language pathology, and physical therapy.

Matthew earned his PhD in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University in December 2023, further enhancing his expertise in leadership and management.

A passionate advocate for quality assurance and operational excellence, Matthew focuses on bridging the gap between clinical effectiveness and organizational efficiency. As Founder and CEO of Rebel ABA Autism Reimagined, a consulting firm, he collaborates with organizational leaders to provide expert guidance on leadership, management, and clinical efficacy. He also serves as an Associate Professor at National University, sharing his knowledge with graduate-level students, and as a Subject Matter Expert for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

In addition, Matthew is the State Director for a mid-sized ABA company, where he oversees clinical and operational initiatives. He has co-published multiple articles on leadership and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Known for his ability to build high-performing teams and foster organizational success, Matthew has a proven track record of delivering positive outcomes, cultivating dynamic teams, and promoting psychological safety within organizations.

Kailie Kipfmiller is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a licensed behavior analyst in Michigan. She completed her bachelor's degree in psychology from Michigan State University in May 2015. By August 2018, she received her master's in Applied Behavior Analysis, also from Michigan State University. Her thesis evaluated the training of front-line employees to conduct visual analysis using a clinical-decision making model.

Kailie went on to provide services for children diagnosed with autism and related disorders in the clinic, home, and community settings. She also provided consultation services for several clinics in the Michigan area, as well as utilization management and care management in behavioral health for families receiving ASD services.

Recently, Kailie serves as the Behavior Intervention Specialist at an Intermediate School District. Her role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to conduct thorough functional behavior assessments for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Additionally, she provides guidance to special education staff on integrating evidence-based practices within the classroom environment.

Kailie is passionate about exploring and creating educational resources to disseminate evidence-based practices among experienced peers and newcomers in the field of behavior analysis.
